At OTM Group, our focus is between delivering consistently high quality sales for the clients, and assisting the sales team to build their careers and develop their own businesses. We achieve this by providing ongoing product training and coaching business development. We have a team of professional and personable sales people who are all working towards goals and developing their careers. Our sales focus is based on exceptional customer service, and using personality and building a rapport with customers. Career development for sales people within the company is tailored to suit each individual based on their own goals.
We look for four main qualities when deciding who can join the team:

OTM Group's goals are to expand the business nationally and have 100 people in the sales team between Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Following that we are looking into the international market to expand overseas to USA, South America, Asia and Europe. To achieve our goals we constantly require new sales people who are looking for the opportunity to learn and build their careers. We provide the platform for people to be successful, as long as they share the qualities we look for.
Mark Gasson, Owner
After finishing a commerce degree at Otago University, Mark decided to pursue a passion of his and try a new challenge rather than focusing on a career.
He got into the dive tourism industry as a summer job and had a blast. As the busy summer season came to an end he decided it was time to put a career into action. Mark found the sales industry a new challenge and thrived off the atmosphere and competition created in the sales environment.
After just under two years and plenty of different experiences in all areas of the sales and marketing industry Mark launched OTM Group in Auckland.
Rebekah Mayhew, Head of Administration
Rebekah grew up in Wellington and originally came from a hospitality and customer service background. After working for a few years and becoming driven and focused on furthering her career, she moved to Auckland.
Rebekah is the key to all things administration related and oversees payroll, data, inventory management, and business development. She is very passionate about her work and is looking to continue to develop new skills and further her career goals in business administration whilst keeping the company organised as we grow.
Jon Clark, Recruitment and Events Coordinator
After many years traveling the world and working in different industries including chef and hospitality, Jon settled in NZ and became part of the OTM Group team. After initially starting in administration, Jon found he had a natural ability with finding recruitment solutions within the company and has now progressed to more of a recruitment role within the business.
Jon also oversees the organising and coordinating of events sites to ensure we achieve our brand awareness and sales goals with the clients. He is committed to ensure the best people start in our business and help us achieve our growth goals.
